Darlene has always been very attentive and concerned about my health and welfare.

All in the office were helpful , concerned and very friendly. Darlene takes time to explain, and recommend if needed...enjoy my visits there.

Darlene is very professional and caring at the same time. She takes her time explaining everything to you.

She was very professional and did an excellent job. She anticipated what problems I was having and she directed her responses to the remedy of that. I am very happy with the visit at that time.

She was a very thorough and kind doctor and the staff in the office was very kind.

The provider and the provider's nurse were wonderful and receptive and answered all questions. The only bad experience I would say that I had when I first walked in was my first time there and the girl at the front desk was not friendly or instructive at all. She just kind of looked at me and didn't really say anything. So, you know, I was a little worried about that, but it turned out that the provider and her nurse were wonderful.

Darlene makes me feel very comfortable. She's easy to talk to and if I have any questions, she explains them thoroughly in a way that I understand. She's the best.

PI provided a professional, knowledgeable experience and Ms. Fontanazza was exceptional. Great experience.

It was friendly, pleasant, informative and helpful.

They're always very warm and thoughtful. They made room ahead of time for the wheelchair, myself ,and a caregiver. Dr Fontanazza always very warm and kind. Although my sister was asleep in her wheelchair for most of The appointment, Dr Fontanazza still gracefully addressed my sister, very sweetly. Thank you. The nurse that did our intake always very supportive as well. She was the one who made room for the wheelchair. Thank you.

As always this office is very professional. They always take the time to answer any question that I might have and always tell me what I can do to make myself better.

Had to wait 3 weeks for the first appointment following a heart attack
